After your payment confirmation, your orders are processed and the delivery time of each product varies.
If you purchase more than one product from Epiconcept at the same time, if you make the payment by credit card or money order/eft, the products in your order may be added to the products of our supplier and warehouse. These submissions are made separately. Only warehouse products are sent together. For purchases made with different order numbers at different times, even on the same day, your order is sent to you in separate packages and the shipping cost is requested separately for each order.
As long as there is no price difference, you can make changes to your orders that you create on our site by contacting our Customer Services department, as long as they do not enter the shipping process.
As long as your order is not in the shipping process, you can also cancel your order/product by contacting our Customer Services department by phone or by sending a message through your membership. Your cancellation requests regarding your orders that have entered the shipping process and are in the process of reaching/distribution are currently unprocessed, and when the product reaches you, you can refuse to accept the product and send it back to us.
If you cannot add the product you are trying to add to your cart, check whether the product is on sale. In addition, if you do not receive any confirmation e-mail regarding the order you have created, you can check the steps related to your order, such as ordering, payment information, and check whether your order is visible on your profile. If you cannot resolve a problem with your order as a result of all the steps, you can get information by calling our Customer Service.
