About Membership

To become a member of our member, your fill time is sufficient for all of our stores.

Becoming a member is a simple and fast process. Your membership means nothing. Please read the sales contract before shopping. Confirm to confirm your membership at any time.

Membership Cancellation

The member has the authority to terminate any time he/she wishes. After you complete your membership, it will be in the relevant section of our site.

To terminate your membership, submit your request from our page with your contact information after you become a member.

Membership Cannot Be Canceled In The Following Situations

1 – “If 60 days have passed when you placed the last order.

2 – If MS membership application is made with a different e-mail address

3 – If the member cannot be reached from the registered information

Membership Will Be Canceled By Us In The Following Situations

1 – Member is Unethical, users post or write comments

2 – If he attempted fraud

3 – Designed for use in accordance with the system or Epiconcept.com.tr names and brands.

Member Security

Every precaution has been taken in our store for the safety of the member. You are responsible for the security of member information in addition to these measures taken. Do not share the information you use to log in to our store with anyone, do not log into the system from computers that you are not sure of.

Different Address

For each member, there is an address section where he/she can enter a different address, apart from his/her registered address, while terminating the order.

You can use the address section when sending gifts to your friends, as well as during periods when you are at different addresses.

For example: During the periods when you will be in different branches of the company you work for or when you stay at the cottage. Or if you want your invoice to reach a friend of yours.

Product Reviews

Every member can write comments on products. The more you share your knowledge and experience with other users, the more enjoyable and conscious shopping will be. As customer reviews will be impartial and based on experience, a more conscious shopping environment will arise.

Things to consider when writing a product review: Take care to write respectful comments to other users and the manufacturer of the product, within the framework of general moral rules. Comments are reviewed and unappropriate comments are deleted.
